Get quick, effective, and flexible support and guidance for your job search with our three-day online job search coaching. The coaching provides you with the skills and tools you need to succeed in your job search.
Our self-paced online coaching with remote support is a flexible and efficient way to get guidance and assistance in your job search, regardless of where you are or what time it is. It’s ideal if you’re actively seeking new employment and looking to sell your skills on the Finnish job market.
The coaching doesn’t involve any scheduled meetings or briefings at specific times. On the morning of the first day, you’ll receive a link to the coaching platform via email and can start working right away. You’ll complete the coaching program independently over three days, using the clear instructions provided on the platform. If you wish, you can get personalized support or technical assistance from a coach on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm, via the platform, chat, video or phone.
You will come out of this coaching with an actionable plan and updated application documents.
You can participate in the coaching in Finnish, Swedish or English. The coaching is available for all TE Office and Municipal Employment Experiment clients in Uusimaa.
Remember that you may be eligible for unemployment benefits during the coaching.

Boost Your Job Search Efficiency
Over three days, you will learn how to create a convincing CV and receive useful tips for crafting your cover letter or optimize your application documents for the Finnish working market.
Unlock Opportunities
The training will introduce you to the most common job search methods, including how to apply for hidden job opportunities and how to use social media for job hunting.
Online job search coaching
Duration: 3 consecutive working days. Starts on Mondays and Wednesdays.
The goal of the online job search coaching service is to provide a strategic approach to your job search and update your job search documents. You will come out of it with an actionable plan.
The contents of the coaching program include:
Your marketable skills in the workforce:
- Identifying, articulating and marketing your own skills
- Personal strengths and your role in the work community
Job search skills and tools:
- Goal-oriented and strategic job search
- A convincing CV and cover letter
- Elements of a good job application
- Success in job interviews
Online services and job search channels:
- Social media as a job search tool
- Electronic service platforms: TE services, ”Oma asiointi” and ”Työmarkkinatori”
- Introduction to electronic job search services (such as companies’ own search pages) and different job search channels
The job market:
- Future of work – what fields are currently in demand and in the future?
- Local job market situation
Next steps:
- Personal job search goals, plan and strategy for moving forward
